With a Diploma in Professional Counselling, an ECEA certificate, and training as a Circle of Security Parenting facilitator, Anna brings a grounded, compassionate approach that honors your story and your strengths.
Anna’s style is person-centred and multimodal—meaning Anna will tailor your work together to fit your unique needs; using tools that support emotional wellness, clarity, and connection.
